Partners' Strategy Meetings 


The partners in a veterinary practice are commonly more focused on the clinical, rather than the business, aspects of their practice. At least once a year, they should come together to review progress and plan for the future - SANE is experienced and competent to facilitate these meetings. Using the “Now, Where, How” model, they will guide the partners to explore the current situation. If necessary, this will include a SANE's ‘State of the Industry’ presentation. Further analysis and discussion will reveal specifically where each individual envisages their personal and business growth. Once these are established and a consensus reached, SANE will carefully direct the group towards a strategy for the coming 12 months and for the longer term.
