Sometimes vet team members make presumptions about what your clients want, judge their ability to pay and guess at how much they love their pet. Clients appear to listen to what we tell them, seemingly follow our directions and show all the signs of being satisfied with our service. But are they? Enough to tell all their friends and relations about our awesome service? SANE will explore what you’d like to know from your clients, devise a format to ascertain the information and then facilitate a lunch or dinner where clients can speak openly about their perceptions.

You can use this information to influence your marketing, how you deliver your services and even the floor plan and décor of your practice.
How are you going to get there?
We’ll meet with you and together we’ll define what it is you’d like to know about your clients – and what they think of you. We will ascertain how clients perceive the strengths and weaknesses of your service, team members and facility. We’ll write a detailed report for you and make recommendations about how you can best respond.
Please note that venue hire, refreshments and other expenses for clients are not included in the SANE fee.
